Der Radioempfang und GPS Signal sind mehr als Grottenschlecht. Habe es mit Antennenverstärker versucht aber kein Erfolg. Bitte mal ein neues Update bereitstellen.

Ho comprato due autoradio, una l'ho restituita a mie spese al prezzo di 30€ anche se nel sito di AliExpress c'è scritto restituzione gratuita. Dopo molti mesi e molti reclami mi è stato restituito il prezzo della radio. Jansun mi ha scritto che mi avrebbe restituito 15 € solo in cambio di una recensione a 5 stelle. Quando ho tentato di recensire il prodotto per recuperare almeno la metà delle spese di spedizione, mi è stato risposto che era passato troppo tempo e che non era più possibile fare recensioni e tanto meno ricevere i miei soldi. Pessima esperienza con Jansun e con AliExpress, non comprerò più niente con loro. Nessuna tutela per il cliente.

Probeer al een paar weken contact te krijgen via mail. Geen reactie op onze vraag over het systeem dat niet werkt zoals zou moeten. Erg jammer.

I contacted the seller regarding a defective product. The seller was made aware that there is an issue with the CANmodule (from the package that I've ordered) and he's unwilling to send me a replacement for the defective one. They, even had the audacity to ask me to buy a new one from them! Watch out, they are sending requests to review the product with promises to give you free stuff and then they will not give you that gift. You need to buy another thing and then maby they will send it. No Support for defective products!

Car radio broken after a few months, does not start up. The product page says the replace the product within 1 year if it breaks, but they don't. Have to pay 55% again! They only respond once a day, so after a question, you have to wait another day for the next answer. They keep avoiding questions regarding the promiss on their product description. Do not order here!!

Nul de belles paroles avant l'achat mais après plus rien. La radio c'est un désastre RDS oui mais aucunes réception même antenne amplifié. L'autoradio fait que s'éteindre et ce rallumer Android auto pareil ne fait que couper. Et le son n'en parlons pas NUL aucun réglage possible pour avoir un bon son. Fuyez investissez dans une marque connu pas de surprises.

Bonjour, A éviter de loin !! J’ai acheté une autoradio et avant de l’acheter j’ai envoyé de nombreux messages pour m’assurer de la compatibilité avec ma voiture (photos à l’appui) . Le vendeur m’a assurer que l’autoradio était bien compatible. Il a répondu à tous mes messages avec beaucoup de réactivité et de sympathie. Mais ça c’était avant l’achat. Une fois l’auto radio reçu plus de nouvelles du vendeur et le pire c’est que je n’avais aucune notice d’installation. Pour avoir un simple schema de câblage en fonction des photos que je lui avais transmise au préalable il a fallut 3 semaines d’attentes. Et ça ne correspond toujours pas. J’ai été obligé de les harceler pour me faire rembourser le produit. Mais leur malhonnêteté ne s’arrête pas là, le seul remboursement est possible sur PayPal. Du coup j’ai été obligé de créer un compte PayPal. Et encore une fois surprise, le remboursement sur PayPal est à mes frais, donc jai perdu de l’argent. Je n’ai pas réussi à me faire rembourser la somme total de mon achat. Je ne vous le conseils pas.

I have just bought a junsun v1 pro android 10 inch, the unit is just a piece of Trash, the features of the unit are not the same as shown on thier videos. When It comes to setup and programing it is a waste of time and money. Whoever is trying to get the unit save your money buy another brand, because It consumes the battery. Setting it up over and over again it's just a rubbish of an android unit.
