Junk Car TradersReviews of junkcartraders.com

Fast, Easy to deal with, and the tow guy was great. Completed in 24 hours to remove one from my yard. Removed 1 star because I could have gotten a little bit more money elsewhere, but need the thing gone immediately. Other then that top notch service.

Communication was a little off, but otherwise everything went smoothly, even had my car picked up earlier then expected. Staff was respectful and helpful and worked with me and checked to make sure things were fine.

After asking a bunch of questions about the vehicle, they got me in touch with someone who offered more for the car than the random buyers on Facebook marketplace. Total amount of time from when I first contacted them to when the tow truck driver drove away with the vehicle was less than 4 hours. Excellent. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? Not even five minutes from when the tow truck driver pulled away I got my first text to review the service on Trustpilot. Thing is, the local company paid by check, which can often take a week to clear properly. I wasn't about to review someone glowingly and have the check bounce in two days. But the texts didn't stop. Daily, I would get a text or email begging for a review, often both within 24 hours. Daily. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. But if you're charged per text (like I am), make sure to only give them a VoIP number, because they will spam that number like crazy.

It was pretty straight forward, just like they said. They told me what they'd pay and they towed away the car. Have the title ready to avoid any delay when the driver arrives. Even enjoyed talking cars with the driver while he loaded the vehicle.

Fast and reliable services. Thanks. James

Process was easy, I still feel I could have got a little bit more money elsewhere. I would recommend them, but always do your research and negotiate. If they offered like 15-20% more they would kill the industry...

a little late and a little short. but was in and out like that.

Everybody was kind and courteous throughout the proceed as I received follow-up periodically which was great. The only thing was that they driver arrived two hours later than originally planned but all was well.
