Junk Car TradersReviews of junkcartraders.com

Although there was a little miscommunication with the pick up address, the overall experience was pretty quick and easy. The car was scheduled and picked up the next day without hassle. It's likely that I will use this service again if I end up getting rid of anymore vehicles.

Everything was great except the amount of phone calls and texts I received it was overwhelming and spoke with like 4 different people. And most of them didn’t have the info I already told someone that had called before them

I was contacted almost immediately when I reached out about an old car I needed to get rid of. In that one phone call, I gave them the information they asked for, and they gave me an offer. I gave four stars because I think it was a rock-bottom offer, but I have needed to sell the car for quite some time so I took it. Other than that everything has been exceptional. They were professional and stayed in touch to be available for any questions. The drivers got here early, and were finished within 10 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Company was great they stayed in touch with me til driver picked up my jeep

Good thank you

Pick up my vehicle and received payment right away

Company was courteous and helpful. Tower didn't arrive at designated time. Other than that the transaction went fine.
