Horrible experience with these guys . Abhinav the sales guy was back of me till I paid money and then they don't care . I have to follow up and they respond. Hope the management sees this and takes customers seriously .

This company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! They are a bunch is Indian scammers who only lure you into paying money for something and they scam you. First of all I wanted to use their services so I contacted them and I chose a short term package. They tried to convince me into choosing along term package which costs more but I was smart to have not been fooled by them, and I still stuck with my short term package. We finally agreed and I paid for the short term package which was just a few dollars. After they received the payment these guys refused to communicate with me. They had promised to deliver my project in 14 days according to the signed contract. I contacted them after 14 weeks and they told me 21 days. I waited for the 21 days again and contacted them. They then told me they have increased their prices and so the package I chose was no longer available so I should chose another package that had a an expensive price tag, I told them I don’t need it so if the package I signed up for is no longer available they should refund my payment. Months have passed and these guys have not refunded my money and they refuse to communicate with me. Right now they have just gone ghost. I have all signed contracts with this company plus all our conversations . Please, ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT , DON’T BE FOOLED. They are a SCAM SCAM SCAM. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE JUST BOTS, THEY ARE USING TO GET PEOPLE FOOLED. YOU CAN CHECK THOSE WHO GAVE GOOD REVIEWS ONLY CAME ONCE AND NEVER CAME AGAIN PLUS THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE PROFILE PICTURES. They only came to reply to my honest review just to control the damage and deceive the public that they are a genuine business but in actual truth I sent their customer service a message / email and they have not even bothered to respond for a long time. You do business with these scammers at your own risk, be careful of these scammers. I can send all evidences to prove they are true scammers if anyone’s wants them.

They Still Trying to hunt new victims , run away from them, no one even try to contact me directly resolve the issue.

This is a indian company and as any other scam company they tell you good story, show you nice product, they make huge pressure to pay, and after payment they forgot about you. Don’t do the mistake to pay money to this company, they are lying and missleading. We have a project started for about 6 months and we just received the final apps, even if they promised it will be delivered in 10 working days. In internal comunication on fugu are people screming for support, they claim is 24 hours, is not is what ever you are lucky to have someone to answer you, if not, bad luck…, one guy was even threat to kill himself because he put all his economy in some apps and they didn’t delivered and ruined his business.The mother company Click Labs has settled with FTC in US for false claiming (search FTC click labs), in the same time the are a dozen of trials started agains this company in few US states. Most of the 5stars reviews are made by the employees. I think at the essensce the ideea was good but they are just greeady scammers and liars.

I have written various reviews explaining how Jungleworks is a company with various and enormous bad practices which harm and damage their customers and how they have never reached to any of the 25 damaged custumers which integrate a custumers damaged group which I form part of, in order to remedy the breach and solve the problems. Precisely, their lack of customer service and support led me to the filing of a lawsuit in King County, Seatle, U.S.A. However, I know that not all damaged customers have the resources to file a lawsuit. However, if your case is less than US$10,000, then you will be able to file a judicial legal complaint at a US small court, which service will not cost more than US$99, and you will be able to expose your case before a US judge and obtain a ruling so that you get the corresponding compansation (reimbursement, etc). Believe me, this is the only way Jungleworks will reach to you to solve your problem. Good products but Bad technical Support, very bad comunnication, bad executives

The sales team and initial onboarding was slick and professional. That's where it ends! Almost as soon as we had paid the initial invoice the service drops off, the account manager that we were promised turns into a ticketed help desk with response times of more than 48 hours. The WhatsApp group they provided is answered occasionally and then they just refer you to the help desk to raise a ticket. I would not recommend wasting your money with this company. Very disappointed and we will be searching an alternative supplier

I paid them over $1200 for custom features which they told me would be done over 4 months ago and it’s still not done. Ive asked for a refund but they wont even do that. My ‘account manager’ responded right away when it came to taking the payment, but now there’s problems he doesn’t respond for weeks. Avoid at all costs, absolutely shocking customer service.
