Worst Company Ever. From its CEO to the smallest person. Lies and fake promises. Only take the downpayment from you and then disappear. And push you in a loop of lies and unqualified people!

If you don’t want to waste your time and money then avoid the jungleworks, I’ve paid about £1000 to complete my website but after they received the money they kept ignoring me the only HONEST PERSON IN THIS COMPANY IS MR SARIT I mean he does his job probably but it’s not him who keeps your money, waste your time and constantly lying to you, they make me pay $500 to add the Kurdish language to my website which they failed to do so, first they sent me the full English version and they wanted me to translate it into Kurdish language which I did so and I sent them the full translation and after some time I had to follow up and then they’ve asked me to send them again which I did again and again AND they’ve asked me 6 times which I did sent it 6 times but still they’ve failed to do so and now I’m asking for the refund because I’ve found the weglot.com to add the Kurdish language to my website for free but they refused to refund me and I’ve asked them to delete all my data and close my website because I’ve lost the trust in them and will see what will come next… PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARE OF THE JUNGLEWORKS, Otherwise I promise you won’t get your money back and you will have sooo much headache and will be unhappy with JUNGLEWORKS JUST LIKE ME AND ALL OTHERS, it’s shame on the CEO of the company.

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my account with no joy, I keep getting billed for a service I do not use! Attempt 1 - Online Chat. Was told the account will be cancelled and someone will be in contact. Waited a few weeks and nothing happened. Attempt 2 - Online chat. Same as last but got transcript emailed to me for proof this time. Again was told someone will contact me but nothing. Attempt 3 - Open a ticket. Was clear that I wanted to cancel the account. Got a response asking why which I responded to (of course have proof of this). A few hours later I got a auto response saying the ticket is closed due to no response. Attempt 4 - Emailed 2 people at Tookan which I had email addresses for, namely Rajat and Rashmi. No luck so far. Attempt 5 - Go public on Trust Pilot, hopefully I get a response now? The effort needed to cancel an account is absolutely ridiculous. All other services I have tried have a cancellation option in the dashboard and is a simple procedure. With JungleWorks it seems as they make this process so difficult that one just resumes paying the account. If this does not work next step would be to get hold of my credit card company. Stay away from Tookan JungleWorks, an extremely difficult company to deal with! Update 2022-02-01 Issue is still not resolved. I emailed the email address provided in a reply to this review and they have not even bothered to reply. My only option now is to cancel my credit card with my bank so that I cannot be billed anymore. STAY AWAY FROM JUNGLEWORKS!

Unprofessional customer service and poor project managers - I searched on the internet for a robust ecommerce order delivery management system and came across Tookan System, at first the team at Jungleworks was excited as I was to deliver my project quickly. We signed the contract and I paid the 50% upfront tranche. This is where my horrific experience with Jungleworks started, the team took almost 2 weeks before they could commence the project and all of a sudden the individuals who would call me even at mid-night became non-responsive until i threatened to cancel the contract. To this date, after several months, my project has been abandoned and despite the daily mails, no one responds. I never thought this sort of poor customer experience and arrogant attitude still existed especially given that there are so many alternatives out there. We are now contemplating abandoning the project, losing our 50% payment and starting afresh. Am very sure next time I will be more conscious about dealing with companies of this nature.

I'm still waiting for my money. After more than a year and half nothing has been done and no money back!

Por favor no tires tu dinero con esta empresa, al inicio te endulzan el oido y están bien al pendiente de tus requerimientos, pero una vez que pagas se olvidan de ti, en mi caso me entregaron mis APPs 6 meses de haber hecho el pago, la persona que invirtió junto conmigo me pidió su reembolso y mi proyecto se vino abajo antes de comenzar. En cuanto al soporte sólo se echan la pelotita entre ellos, nunca te asignan un gerente de cuenta, si tienes alguna duda solo te ignoran, en fin, esta compañía es scam, NO TE DEJES ENGAÑAR POR ELLOS O POR SUS VENDEDORES AL REDEDOR DEL MUNDO.

I’ve been trying to do my app with this company. I’ve paid the initial payment and it’s been over a year and three months and we still haven’t completed it. They keep switching managers switching supervisors switching people back-and-forth every time I go to contact them no answer and then they contact me back three weeks later this company is very unreliable unprofessional please avoid doing business with them There are more companies out there that give you better customer service and results

I started working with JW more than a year ago (June 2020) on a multivendor grocery marketplace. RTL (Arabic), banner ads not reflected in apps, and geofencing were my main concerns and they promised to fulfill all my requirements (emails and messages to prove it). They promised to deliver final working product in 8-12 days. Now its October 2021 and we still have received our platform solution. Continuous lies and misleading information, runarounds. They keep you in the loop until your subscription expires than they claim to have not committed any wrong doing. It's shameful, disrespectful, unethical and illegal. I wonder if CEO and top management turn a blind eye though they know what's going on. No person of decency thus far has attempted to fix the situation.
