Exactly like most people here - Marketplace wasn't working for me - Cancelled my account but they continue to charge me despite multiple emails for them to cancel my account. Fraudulent and pathetic - Genuinely bad tech, bad people, and a scam. Weak individuals with no backbone or ethics - Soft soft soft.

Don't even try this..Very poor customer service. This guys don't provide solutions to any problems. They will keep referring you and finally they put you on email referral which get answered. I was patient enough to use their platform for about 6 months. I simply wasted over 400 USD not counting money I used to advertise my e-commerce website only during this period.. only to realise that no solution is forthcoming. Funny enough, they are prompt to follow up on monthly subscription payment..that's the only thing that works with them. My advice is don't try them. I have every single receipt and email complaint to them but no response. I gave up on them on January 2021. Not even an email from the asking why I chose to leave. Especially one snob guy by the name paras.

Poor team from sales to technical. Poor support. Had our delivery system to be integrated with Yelo but provided no help whatsoever, just tried to shove us to take tookan. We also faced payment option issues, which went unresolved. Basically a paint o team with

PLEASE, please ignore all positive reviews, they are all fake reviews, either purchased or by Jungleworks employees. They will be very pushy with the initial contact & sell then once signed up and paid, they will not respond to emails and make excuse after excuse as to why they can't move your project forward. This will go on for years as you can see from other reviews and they will never complete your project. The software is full of bugs and will never truly function even though the free demo appears to work well. They also store you credit card details illegally and there is no way to delete them from your account. They fail on the agreed T&C's however they refuse to close your account and issue a refund. They have been reported to UK trading standards and American Express are already aware of their business practise. They will be losing there card payment gateway shortly which will hopefully save many more poor victims. Response after reply from Jungleworks (over a week later) You have had over 4 weeks to reply to me and every time you just come back with the same excuse that you are waiting for my PM to be allocated or you are missing information which is not true, You have my full name so you can very easily locate my account. If you actually read my review you would clearly see that the ID mentioned is from another reviewer who as also been defrauded by you and has setup a FB page to name and shame you. UK trading standards are also working on a case now.

This company is not legitimate and is fraudulent! They promise you a platform, take your money, and refuse to provide a service. They have robbed so many Americans so do not invest any money into this bogus company! They give the citizens of India a bad name! Nothing but crooks! They all should be jailed for their deceitful practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This company is really bad. App customization was not done! 4 months, 4 months. More than 2000 dollars. I want my money back. Jungleworks I want my money.

Esta empresa no cumple satisfactoriamente los acuerdos, no da asistencia técnica de calidad , sus representantes en México, Bolivia que nos han sido asignados, ofrecen un trato irrespetuoso arrogante. En inexperiencia profesional no había recibido un trato tan irrespetuoso. Se me dicen que por la alta demanda no dan respuestas. Hemos colocado como contaraoartes ingenieros Venezolanos de distinto Género y aún así el trato sigue igual..reciben el requerimiento por vía escrita y en reunión Video y solo dicen lo voya consultar y trascurre el tiempo...y nuevamente los llamados se repite la Historia. DEFINITIVAMENTE han afectado nuestro emprendimiento pequeño en Venezuela.

They have a sharp "modus operandi". Apparently with bad intentions. Samar Singla the CEO of Jungleworks is fully in knowledge of the situation about all the Customer's complaints and how they are doing bad practices. This means that if you payed them for customizations exist a very hight risk of not getting the work done. You will loose your money or even whores, your patrimony. The US company that represents this brand in the USA is "clicklabs inc" which are under US federal trade investigation". You can Google it The modus operandi is the following: 1) Sales man will tell you that they can do any custromization you want. 2) Thay will quote for all the changes of the standard platforms 3) Some of those charges will be for supposedly changes allready in their systems and of course you will not know. The problem here is that they will charge fully for something is being reused maybe belonging to another customer. 4) They will work for a cuple of months but they will never finish any milestone at all. 5) They will start ignoring you. 6) It will be impossible to escalate the situation with somene with legal authotity. 7) You will ask for the refound and they will simply answer you from time to time with any solution. 8) Finnaly they will ignore you. 9) You will start searching fot more jungleworks customers reviews and you will notice that probably you have being fool.
