Letter to company: I need to fix my game !!! Hello, I am upset with your business practices, I always buy some memory card but 99% are deja vu . From 5 card I got 1 good one. I play this game for some years now and it seams you become very greedy. Also the name of items are incorrect, not correct English. There are more errors like that. However your business maybe growing, but reputation is declining. That very bad for your honesty.

I was playing this game for long. It becomes rediciouls, the adds becomes much more frequent and longer, it could go up to 46 or 48 seconds. They enforce you to buy stuffs otherwise impossible to get through. I am thinking to quit the game.

Website unstable. Crashing every few attempts at play. I believe it’s related to the ads. If they don’t run on your current Wi-Fi connection then the don’t run and you will lose you connection. Aren’t they making enough money?

Been playing for years, used to be entertaining now it’s Frustrating and buggy. Employees from Wooga play the Dl competitions around the clock. Game always seems to have issues in loading the game just conveniently when teams are on the last week of the DL. Their help is always the fault of the players. Our team players have decided to forgo the next DL, which will allow us to recoup our energy used. Other teams out there, play mindful and focus on the last week of the competition and watch the teams you are competing against. I guarantee it’s going to be pitched against you. Weekly competition tend to put M.E. Players against normal players which is also unfair. I like the side games STB and Secrets, but the new Detective side game stinks because in order to progress you have to give up hard earned DIAMONDS @ 25 and you have to buy extra energy, so we don’t participate as a team. Anyway this is just a game and like others it is a money grab ever since Playteka bought out Wooga to enforce a Pay-to-play. Keep your eyes open and play as you wish

I have been playing this game for over 4 years and at this point, I am dissatisfied with the gaming experience and the non-existent customer support. The idea behind the game is excellent. June is a lovable character and it is fun follow the story. The game mechanics, upgrades around the islands, continuous progress through chapters and scenes. However, the exploitation and over-dependence on annoying ads takes a joy from the game. Watching ads is pretty much necessary in order to progress through the game or to get rewards. Nonetheless, there just too many of them and the game plays only one ad, Royal Match. It appears all the time, every time I need to collect the reward. Open box, watch ad; hand over bush, watch the ad. This ad is buggy, up to 1 minute longs, and often does not close or the game does not recognize that it was watched, and will not grant the reward. In 30-45 minutes dedicated to the game play, about 10 minutes are taken away from watching the advertisement. The advertisement is integrated within the game mechanics, but the bugginess of the ads makes the game unplayable. Wooga is aware of this problem, but for one year has done nothing to address it. The feature 'Personalized Ads' does not work, since it feeds me with the same buggy advertisement - Royal Match - that cannot be escaped. Instead of playing the game, I am actually forced to watch Royal Match. Too many features were added into the game without addressing various bugs. The screen is now overloaded with icons on game revolving on decoration. I have currently six buttons on the left, seven on the bottom, multiple callout boxes to collect coins or powers, the announcement icon, the plane and bird icon. The game became a mess.

The game is fun but it's a con situation where, if you want to advance, you have to pay real money for virtual objects...as in you'd never own them. I won't spend actual money on something that's for a virtual object so I'm never going to advance in this game. Don't waste your money like this. It's foolish and hook to get you excited about something that isn't real

I really liked play junes journey but I agree with alot of these reveiws .I have been playing since March at first it was not to expensive but as u play the flowers are expensive 21000.00 dollars for a tree to get flowers to play .but then it takes u 3 days to get the flowers or u pay with diamonds lots of diamonds.Of course they don't give u very many for rewards .So u have to buy diamonds and thats not cheap .U also have to keep buying energy with diamonds .To keep playing .I have spent 500.00 in 1 month not proud of that yes the game and team work is fun but that is to expensive to keep playing .I use to get the Vault for 20.00 now its 50.00 greedy people own this game .if they paid 100 million for this game they are getting there money back real quick. I THINK I WILL GO BACK TO READING ITS ONLY 12.00 A MONTH .

I am playing this game and trying. I am using this to slow down the onset of Alzheimer's (4th Generation that will be going through it). I Loved the Memory aspect and "Bought stuff" on my land but It doesn't seem to matter How much you do if yo Don't PAY Money for the "Extras". Then The Village Harbor...How Do I Know What to do there? It wouldn't let me DO more it said "Build...". I Depleted Almost Everything (They don't give you much) for a Bunch of Shrubs, had 79 Credits available BUT HAVE to wait for my Stuff to be "Built" and LOOSE All of my credits in the meantime!!!!!!!! This WAS Fun and Therapeutically Good For Me...Now. Seems like a Money grab and just TOO Confusing. The "Fun" has worn out. Don't do a scene like Village Harbor and Not let us know ..How to Play it or WHAT to do.
