My impression of Wooga may sound harsh, but their work motto seemed psychopathic & predatory after twice going to them for help after purchases. I try to be a kind & gentle person & was not mean or hostile toward them at all (Lots of please could yous & thank yous even though I’d been denied 2 outright purchases…) I chose this game because the main character appeared to be caring. Besides those ordeals, the game has always had “glitches” that “miscalculate” your winnings, or crashes that lose them. They’ve insidiously crafted a casinoesque format in which the “house” has stacked the decks against the “players”. Only we’re customers who’ve bought & paid for the making of this game over & over! They jack up prices of piddly little items as though they’re genuine Monets! They almost punishingly hold items an inch out of reach from winning! That’s what brought me here, I was 30 “keys” from winning a “prize” I’d played for the last 2 days because of relentless crashes that kept losing progress. I WAS avoiding the “crashes” (& thus loss of winnings) by exiting the game before it could crash & coming right back…. until the latest forced “UPdate”! Now if I try that, it loses my winnings but remembers to subtract the required lightning I’d used to play… THAT can only be a strategy, not a glitch🤔 And I can’t fathom WHY—they could operate better as a store & just sell the items the customers desire, then everyone’s happy…but it’s as though they derive some sick pleasure in having customers keep paying for something that’s never delivered! It’s nuts! But that’s been my experience with Wooga, & it’s never Not been that way…

Greedy company, game has gone to the dogs, it's all about money. The customer service is atrocious

The game is rigged against you. Usually you gather materials all the time but now I have a task to collect 20 materials and I have played over 50 rounds and only gathered 4! This is obviously deliberate and not random. The game sucks...after 8 months playing it, I am seriously thinking of giving it the boot

It' a rip-off. 4 Times i've tried to buy diamonds but they rejected my credit card. But the drew the money anyway without giving me the diamonds. When i tried to contact the support, I couldn't send the form no matter how many times I tried. This is deliberate fraud.

What is the point of this game? You have to Wade through so many ads for other games. Awful.

The game is such a letdown now. They had a successful game, everyone loved Wooga & some buffoon talked them into letting Playtika take over the game. I will never understand why this happens with something so delightful that everyone is pleased with. I also know of another game that was #1 among housewives five years ago until another company took that over. I think it is like everyone said, you get something successful and then you ruin it by getting money hungry. I will never understand!! There are tons of interesting games, of all genres, that you can play for free for years without having to spend a penny. These companies don’t change and go against their players. I hope everyone and I do mean everyone boycotts this game in one way or another. If you ever spent money on junesjourney please don’t do it any more

I can only agree with a lot of views on here. This was a great game and I loved it. Over the years I have spent what I could afford for this hobby but now the cost is appalling just to achieve a decent run. The Sweep the Board game is extremely unfair and does not allow a fair chance for all to get to the end and win prizes unlike the Wheel Spin or Detectives needed games and don't get me started on the de ja vu fiasco when trying to get snippets. You have to spend a great deal on card packs to get anywhere with that game which again, was a great idea. This was just a great game all round spoiled by greed.
