Been playing for 6 months and enjoyed it. Ever since last update (5) the game keeps dropping while I am playing. Also drops after commercials so much so that I spend 1/2 hour to get started just to play 30 seconds than it drops again.

If I could give NO STAR rating I would! I have been playing and PAYING this game for years. Now I can’t play because the game keeps closing down! I’ve lost energy, coins, diamonds and prizes. I can’t even send a message to customer service because the game keeps closing! And I lost 225 coins from the Avery yesterday! I’m done.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I hate this game and their customer service. I’m about to delete both games and have been playing over four years. I accidentally purchased some ugly coconut tree for 249 diamonds, didn’t even realize I did that and they refuse to reverse the purchase. I’m beyond livid. Diamonds are so hard to come by and I would never spend diamonds on that. This was the last straw. Memoirs is ridiculous. I once played over 100 games and got ZERO memoirs packs, the side games and volt are annoying AF, all they want is your money, ads constantly crash your game, the new coffee hour SUCKS! I used to love playing this game but now it only brings me headache! F Wooga and their HORRIBLE customer service and game. I’m deleting both accounts now after this.

When playing sweep the board, everything is going fine until you have reached the very last goal and than they ask an item they never asked before and you can start all over again, and that happens every time, I am really done with it!,

I used to enjoy this game, but recently the glitches have become an impossible barrier. Am constantly thrown out of the game, that’s if I can get in at all, which often I can’t, so playing time limited features is impossible. It is NOT my device at fault. Why can’t Wooga fix this?

Keep getting kicked out of game that is if I get in at all. I have been playing for years. Are you not going to get your tech team to fix it? If not let us know so we can move on to different games. This is poor support on your part. Shame on you.

If you're not buying things for the game you won't get any help with the glitches. You'll be asked to show screenshots of things that have already happened, there's literally no way to get a screenshot of something that happened in the past. Or you'll be told it's your device and not the game when clearly it IS the game. This game will infect your device and you will have problems that are unfixable. I do not recommend this game!

This is the glitchiest game ever. I have been playing for several years, and in the past year the game FREQUENTLY disconnects. Every time I've contacted support, they imply it is my internet connection (it is not) and to uninstall/reinstall the game-risking losing all progress. I haven't been able to play for last week or so because the game exits EVERY FEW MINUTES of attempted play. You lose energy, game progress, time and prizes. Soooo many ads. I've read many reviews of same, with people reporting loss of money spent. Fortunately, I don't spend any money on this game and never will. Maybe that is why there is no help for this issue, or why it is happening in the first place.
