Brilliant staff
Brilliant staff, very accomodating and quick to reply to emails, and quick application for short-term rentals. BUT HIDDEN FEES! After signing the lease, they wanted nearly $9000 up front for a 3 month lease, which wasnt stated in the contract.

Overall good in Chicago
June homes is overall a good experience! I rented in Chicago. Flexible lease is the best part, but each apartment comes with a TV and utilities included which is nice. Lived in 2 different apartments during my time with them, and they were both similar quality. Made some good friends through my roommates as well!

Security Deposit Unreturned!
I lived in an apartment of June Homes from last August to this February. When I moved in, I paid a security deposit of 2000$+. In September, the resident below complained that our bathroom is leaking water to his ceiling. I reported to June Homes on the app asap and they said I had to do nothing except giving access to the workers when necessary. However, when I moved out, June Homes said that they cannot return the security deposit because of the issue. They said I am responsible for that since it happened during my stay. I am still waiting for my security deopsit now. How can a resident cause such huge problem in a short time? Never trust June Homes anymore!

Affordable, clean, good location
The room was affordable, clean and in a good location near the metro. It is a good option for temporary workers or someone new in town

Quick repairs, clean apartments, reasonably priced
Very positive experience. June Homes had a great inventory that was available for a reasonable price in this market. When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. I absolutely see myself renting with June Homes again if the opportunity presents.

Huge Sized Apartment
I have rented in this apartment since May 2023 and it is affordable, clean, and private! A great place for someone living alone!
