I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

I downloaded this app and use the trial super super impressed with it but due to inflation by our government I can’t afford it right now but I will say that the customer service was excellent I got back to me in more than a timely manner and even on a Sunday and help me cancel my subscription. And even gave me a coupon for when I decide to come back when our government decides to ease up on us. I knew the supplement checks we’re gonna bite us in the end there.

This is one app I use almost as much as email! I would recommend to anyone serious about their online privacy! The customer service is on par with all I’ve expected from Apple customer service, which is excellent. Cant go wrong.

Am on trial period. Couldn’t get something to function, so I emailed Jumbo. Received an immediate reply. Got the problem fixed on the next try. The problem was NOT with Jumbo. I had entered the wrong email address. Really, really liked that I could find out what Google had been collecting about me and then DELETE it. I wish I could do this with all the others who collect data on me, especially because we all know that this data collection is done by A.I.’s that then use it to create a profile of who you are. In one particularly important instance, the AI misinterpreted a post, which led their almighty AI’s to profile me as a criminal, which I am NOT. And I have not been able to correct their error, and now God only knows how many data banks have this false profile of me. This is like living in the movie ‘’Brazil’’. It was so satisfying to be able to delete Google’s data on me, I wish Jumbo could also help me delete this false data about me. Thank God for Jumbo!

A great service that actually works! I noticed Facebook and Google weren’t tracking what I was searching or talking about! Jumbo also helped me look into 6 data leaks I had all the way from 2014! 10/10 would recommend!

The app itself is brilliant, offers top notch security all around. Support is also amazing, sent them an email and got a response within an hour, resolving the issue instantly. Would definitely recommend!
