By far, the best customer service I have received! Just email/reach out to them & you'll get a response within a day.
I only expected to solve the issue via email. Instead, the team went out of their way to schedule a Zoom call. I thought only a representative would be present. To my surprise, an engineer was also present.
During the virtual meeting, I shared my screen and they helped me through everything— from addressing the problem, to finding solutions, and more. What was nice is that their way of solving the problem wasn't linear nor restricted. Additionally, they focused on addressing the problem and was able to think of multiple solutions during the call. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow.
They were all so kind!

I have been having trouble with my…
I have been having trouble with my iPhone ever since I got it 3 years ago and it has turned my life upside down. After having an android phone all my life I feel violated in so many ways. I don’t know if there is some kind of program in the iPhone to track and even as far as linking my phone to the navigation system on my Lexus that eventually stopped my vehicle in the middle of the freeway and falsely trying to charge me with a dui. I had no idea what was going on but thanks to Jumbo I’m starting to figure it all out. There is a lot more that has happened to totally violate my civil rights and it has caused extreme hardship on my life which I’m not going to stop until I get justice. But Thank you to Jumbo I’ve been able to start to solve this problem that I wish on nobody!

Jumbo support is GREAT!
I have dealt with the Jumbo support team twice and I cannot say enough about them. They will do whatever they can to help solve your issue. The first issue was solved very quickly. The second issue was not solved but it was not because of the support tech. It was me and my lack of knowledge in using my phone. She did everything she could to try and help me. Don’t hesitate to ask for help!!

True outstanding customer service - and rapid refund.
I signed up for a free trial. I figured that with ±25 email addresses, various scurrilous Facebook identities, complex financial/banking accounts, Amazon, Ebay etc., it might make sense protecting myself for the inevitable day when some dodgy individual from Russia targets me.
Now, I'm old dyslexic and easily confused, so did not feel up to installing the application properly. And therefore cancelled my trial.
Due to some glitch, I ended up being charged. I contacted Jumbo Privacy customer support on a Saturday afternoon, received a reply later that day, saying I would be refunded, and an later one from the CEO and Founder of Jumbo Privacy apologising for the mixup.
Jumbo could teach many other organisations how to respond to customer complaints.
In fact, when I have more time, I will be testing this app and probably buying it.
I would like to quote from an Article in the economist magazine titled:
"BAD SERVICE - A COMPLAINT IS A GIFT"
And Americans get better service than Brits because they know how to give it....
AUSTRALIANS call the British “whingeing Poms” because they grumble so much. But a new study suggests that Brits should whinge more, not less.
A team led by Chris Voss of the London Business School found that service quality in Britain is typically worse than in America. One reason, the research suggests, is that British customers complain less about bad service than hard-to-please Americans do.
The failure to grouse is pervasive. Hunter Hansen, an American who runs the Marriott hotel in London's Grosvenor Square, notes that a British guest would make a fuss only about a significant problem—and even then, would do so in a roundabout way. Americans are critical of even small mistakes.
The result, Mr Voss finds, is that Brits suffer. But so do companies in Britain's service industries: they do not receive so much unsolicited feedback, and thus lose a chance to improve service quality. Indeed, they may spend more than they need to do on service-quality improvements, because they do not get direct help from customers.
Management gurus know more about how companies respond to complaints than about why the British are phlegmatic. In America, well-run companies have “service recovery” strategies. Staff at the Marriott group are drilled in the LEARN routine—Listen, Empathise, Apologise, React, Notify—with the final step ensuring that the complaint is fed back into the system. The Ritz-Carlton hotel chain, another with a good reputation for handling complaints from customers, trains its staff not to say a mere “sorry” but “please accept my apology” and gives them a budget to reimburse cross guests.
When Brits finally screw up their courage to grouse, they get results. Mr Voss told his doctor that he would appreciate speedier feedback after a consultation. “The next time round, I got it,” he says, in mild surprise.
