I tried out the app. I'm an experienced user/coder. It was a pretty helpful heads-up security check. I imagine many people do not realize they are at risk and this could be a very useful tool to protect yourself. I was happy to see that I was already in good shape, and I didn't really need the app. So, why the 5star review for something I didn't need? I cancelled the Plus/Pro version that i had on a free trial basis within the app. This did not actually remove my subscription and it got charged. I asked about that, they admitted is was an oversight on their part, (Wow!) promised to resolve the issue for others, AND refunded my money. You don't see that very often, thus my 5 star review. It's worth your time to see how secure you are online. Recommended.

Excellent support. Since day one of reporting some issues I've had extremely quick and friendly responses that have happily handled technical conversation and feature requests - All without a paid subscription!

Awesome App, well designed and thoughtfully executed. Had one a simple user operator error, and tech support quickly and precisely pointed me in the right direction to correct my issue. (was totally my fault I wasn't paying attention) Privacy is super important in the these times, I could not recommend this more!

I never knew how much of personal data was being shared with Facebook, Google, twitter until I started using Jumbo app and the support team response is also swift. All in all I would definitely recommend using this app.
