Fast customer service and great people.

I found out,I had a account with Jumbo. I had never purchased it and didn't know what it was, so I reached out to their support team and they kindly and professionally explained it to me. I didn't know how I was signed up. That doesn't mater.The Jumbo team listened to me and reviewed my complaint and they refunded my money. And it was done without questions and very understanding. They handled it with sincertanity that blew me away. It's really astounding that they treated me promptly and professionally. Quicker than a bank. I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

I had to cancel my subscription (couldn’t afford) but they were quick and easy with giving me a refund for an accidental payment and getting it done within minutes.
