All the different privacy/tracking “layers”/issues per app are explained in laymen’s terms. An 8 year old can easily navigate this app. There are 0 reasons why you are reading reviews instead of writing them. No, you won’t even notice the VPN is running.! Oh and the customer support is 💯❗️ They will anytime entertain and review any requests, ideas, or tips and get back to you with their thoughts.

Very kind response! It's rare in my experience that, when a customer service rep has to say, "We can't fix that" that I also hear, "But it's a really good feature and we're working on getting that to happen." So encouraging. Jumbo works so well already, but aside from its excellence, I appreciate even more the team's hard work to constantly make it even better, and the kindness of your support staff. Well, as far as I'm concerned, the prompt response that I received when I contacted the support department was second to none and I was treated EXACTLY as I or ANYONE else should be ( There's a TON of Businesses out there whose support departments could take notes on conduct and courtesy from this staff here) They were VERY understanding of my situation and most importantly VERY straightforward and honest when answering my questions. If there's room for one more on the team fellas, I'm ready to suit up. 😉👍🏾

Ok, bear with me because this is a first! Someone told me I really need to download this Jumbo Security app to protect all “my digital stuff”. I’m an old retired guy who doesn’t really have much “digital stuff to protect” or so I thought. After signing up for this Jumbo app, it spits out all kinds of information, telling me I’ve been tracked, followed, watched and so on. It asks me if I want them to fix all of this to protect my privacy, so I say yes. Then the app suggests I use this two factor authentication procedure for my safety. Ok, it can’t be that hard, right? Short story is I was getting all these requests for my authentication codes...Other that a few choice words, I had no clue where these codes were or how to get them. So I did the next logical thing, tried to cancel my subscription. Couldn’t figure that out either so I wrote to their customer support department. Thank God, I got hooked up with Silas Berkowitz (probably not cool to drop names but he’s was awesome). Anyway, I explained my frustration and problem. The guy tells me he’s happy to help me so that I don’t get charged and ended writing out the simplest instructions, step by step, that my 85 yr old mother could follow. (Who does that anymore?) Problem solved, now I’m no longer a cranky old customer and have signed up again for their service. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys as far as I’m concerned. Now I’m telling everyone in my family to sign up...you should probably give them a look too. Thanks, ADF

This is an amazing App & I truly feel that someone or somebody needed to develop something like this - because our privacy is always under attack & all it creates is spam & b***sh***t marketing & advertising - which I personally HATE So thanks dudes for creating this App - it is SO much appreciated

This app is amazing even at the free teir, they give you so much flexibility, like you literally protect your privacy for free it's awesome and as 8 said the amount of flexibility u have with the free teir is awesome and you choose between prices when you want to upgrade like that's awesome who does that, I would recommend this app to anyone

I believe that excellent customer service is essential to an organization’s success and really sets the standard for best practices and customer satisfaction The Jumbo team members were kind, thorough and responsive and did not give up on me until my issue was completely resolved. They were clear, concise and willing to answer all of my questions. This is precisely the kind of company that I want to protect my privacy and security.
