Very helpful and responsive customer service with a great app to boot. During a time when your privacy is buried under mound of text in the terms and conditions of apps, Jumbo is there to grab your data back.

A simple and powerful app that makes me feel safer using different internet services with regard to my personal data. It's like my own privacy assistant, I tell it what it needs to do and then forget about it. What I also like is the reporting capability and that it tells you in almost real time what is doing for you to protect your personal identity. Nice job

I recently began using this application. I'm, well let's say, not as young as most who might be inclined to give this app a try. My skill set is somewhat lacking. Even though the app is very intuitive and will likely be a chinch for most. I ran into some difficulty. I managed to lock myself out of an application being secured by the app. When I realized what had occurred I panicked. I was at a loss to even come close to solving the problem without help. I soon realized that my only possible resolution would be to send out an SOS, with fingers crossed. Team Jumbo, responded within fifteen minutes. I'd gotten myself in a twist over the whole thing and let it be known. They were not only able to walk me through undoing the mess I'd created (for myself) but were kindly reassuring and genuinely fun to work with (in the process).

The team at Jumbo is simply incredible. The solicit as much feedback as they can get. They resolve issues. They communicate. And on top of it all, the product is magic.

This app and the team behind it have been amazing! The app already feels robust but I know it's going to grow even more.
