I love that I have a great customer service team to contact if I run into any problems. I had to reach out to them and within hours they had already gotten back to me gave me step by step instructions that were very easy to follow. They also contacted me 24 hours later to make sure I was satisfied with the information they passed on to me . Who does that? !!! I was pleasantly surprised They really want you to be happy with this system and how it works. I just wish it was this easy with all my apps. They should all take direction from Jumbo Customer service..Thank you

I have been a very loyal Jumbo beta tester for quite a while. I experienced instantaneous crashes last night on my iphone SE-2. The crashes continued despite my restarting my phone. It may have had something to do with my trying to activate 2FA with my LinkedIn account; but I couldn't be sure. I left an email to the Jumbo support team explaining my situation and asking for help. This morning, I received a very cogent and especially well-composed email from Isaac on their support team. It exactly spelled out the steps I ought to take to rectify the issues. I have tried Jumbo Pro and it’s a real interesting tool. Nevertheless, I have forgotten to cancel my subscription renewal. The team was very helpful and they answered my quickly. They canceled my subscription right away with no additional costs.
