I had been locked out of Gmail for almost 2 weeks. I reached out to the Jumbo support team just to let them know about my change of email and voilé, Silas and the support team at Jumbo solved my problem!! Google was zero help with what I needed to recover my account. But these guys gave me all the info I needed and more! Jumbo had stored my code in my Vault! The support team told me where the code was and they already had a back-up plan if that didn’t work. They were so quick to respond, I was up and running in minutes!

Very interesting and innovative product. Customer service team is very prompt and was able to answer all questions I had that is not yet available on the app.

I’ve been using Jumbo Pro for almost two weeks and am pleased with the overall functionality. It is the only app that can bulk delete and archive from Twitter and Facebook to iPhone and Dropbox. I also appreciate the ability to set numerous privacy settings for the major social apps (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as well as Amazon and Alexa. This is a huge time saver. In addition, there is a nice VPN ad blocker. Altogether, a very nice app. The support is also stellar. Typically, I receive detailed and professional responses to my email queries within twenty four hours.

The Jumbo help team were very helpful. They explained the status, requested additional feedback, I sent screenshots and they followed up with an update that they were working the issue and would keep me updated.

I struggled to get the software to do a thorough deletion of my long history of Facebook posts, nearly 2800 of them. The support team really helped me out, the response time was incredibly fast, and for app support, it felt surprisingly personal. The app is incredibly important as a tool for privacy and has been needed for a long time. Thank you so much!
