Customer service is very quick and efficient. The app is better then I thought it would be, it has exceeded my expectation and it is very accurate as I put it to test. It showes you exactly what the app is doing in the background, no lies or hidden options. It is worth every penny for the safety of our privacy and safety.

Had an absolutely amazing interaction with Jumbo! First off I apparently accidentally got this service. Which usually means lots of headaches, and good luck getting your money back. However, Jumbo was so kind, and helpful. They responded incredibly quick, Head Honcho's even took the time to personaly address the situation, and not only quickly, and kindly resolved the issue. They even were the sweetest ever, and offered me free membership for a year! I didn't even know what Jumbo was until I accidentally ran across them. However, I'm so very glad I stumbled upon this fabulous company!!! I'm so excited to try it out. I definitely recommend Jumbo! They're attention to details, amazing personal customer service, and ability to be on the ball has won a loyal customer! 😃

Great application overall. I am using it for 6 month now as a pro user. Had a few issues with the FB post archive feature. The support was super friendly and solution oriented. Can absolutely recommend!
