I am very impressed!!!!! I accidentally bought the one year subscription, and wasn’t getting my hopes up on a refund. I submitted an email, and a few emails later, I got a full refund back. Not even an hour after either. And the staff was professional, quick, and nice. Didn’t have to sweat calling my bank or anything like that. Thanks so much!! Will definitely have to buy a subscription once I have more money, just because I know the staff is so caring.
