I can’t say enough about the way you guys handled my dispute, no matter how it turns out I’m happy. I was having trouble with my iPhone because of a cracked screen, which I’ve taken care of since then. But it will push buttons that you didn’t mean to push, anyway I’m happy with the way your customer service handled it and thanks again.

HI so I signed up for there free trial and unfortunately had to cancel do to financial reason ( not on there part but on my part because they do have great product at a great price) and they canceled my subscription no problem no question ask. There customer support team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All around great experience.

I have been a BETA tester for a long time. I have seen JUMBO evolve into the great product that it is now. The developers are very attentive to input from the BETA testerers. Many issues were addressed through collaboration. I really enjoyed watching it improve into the great product that it is now.
