I can’t recommend Jumbo’s service highly enough. I opened their app and subsequently discovered that Jumbo was unsuitable for my device. I had a few days free trial but deleted the app. However, I was charged for Jumbo not realising deleting the app did not delete my subscription. When I wrote to jumboprivacy.com with my complaint I received an immediate reply and a refund. In the meantime I had discovered how to delete subscriptions through Settings but Jumbo had already done it for me at their end. You are safe with Jumbo and I definitely recommend using them to keep your data safe on devices such as Android and IOS. Sincerely, Catherine Delin, Australia

I recently submitted my first support request for Jumbo Privacy. My request was acknowledged quickly and professionally. Seems like Support for Jumbo Privacy is equally as good as the app itself!

I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial. I hope to return in the future. Thanks guys!

Understanding Customers I downloaded the free Trial version of Jumbo Privacy and used it to suss it out. I thought it an excellent product but, being retired and not professionally working, did not think it worth me paying a sub of £100 a year. I waited for a mail from them to ask me to confirm or turn down my subscription. Yesterday, having forgotten about this, I noticed Jumbo had charged me the full annual sub. I contacted them to try and get a refund. It was only then that I properly read their original email to me - skimming texts has been a lifelong failure of mine - and I realised I'd been technically wrong and they had legitimately taken the £100. They were really understanding and tolerant and refunded me with no further questions asked. I call that real customer service. No, I haven't got the software, I don't think I need it - but I know instantly that this is a company I would recommend without hesitation. And I'm absolutely sure that their software will be top quality and a really useful app for many, many people.

Great app was relieved to find my home network is encrypted. It also found other issues and I was able to repair. Reviews were great so I took a chance. Glad I did

I tried the service with the free trial offer. I must say, the app works great and serve a really nice purpose. Unfortunatly the price was a little too heavy for me, so I didn't want to go for a full subscription yet. But, as I'm a bit lightheaded I forgot to cancel my free trial before expiration. The support team was really nice and understanding, agreeing to refund my subscription quickly. Great App, Great Team
