I was experiencing some issues with upgrading my Jumbo account. I reached out to Customer Service for assistance. I was Extremely Pleased with the Prompt reply and easy to follow advice to resolve it. I am VERY Pleased with my decision to switch to Jumbo for account protection!! I am elderly, retired educator and Extremely “Computer Technically Challenged” person. Switching to Jumbo was the Best Decision I have made!!

The app is fantastic. Unfortunately i cannot afford the Pro subscription. For a misunderstanding Jumbo charge me for a subscription but the team was able to resolve the problem in less than an hour. Great app and great service

I don't really like my data to flow freely or my security to be compromised. Jumbo offers quality protection and I'm really happy with it. On top of that, the customer service is very responsive, which is great. The application is regularly updated and small bugs are fixed. So I can only recommend Jumbo. Thanks to them.

Amazing team, amazing CEO. Got a full year of Jumbo Pro for free - I‘m a student and currently don‘t have money. What amazing people. This app does everything - from stopping tracking to detecting breaches your email adress has been (or still is) in, plus there even is an option to get your data removed from the darknet. Just amazing. Thank you guys!!

Jumbo is new but favorite app of mine. Honestly the best part about it is that I don’t have to do hardly anything to get it to work. It does it all for me! Also the customer service is 2nd to none. Jun was super friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. If they tell you they are going to do something for you then you can take that to the bank. Not like all the other companies out there that you have to check up on after you talk to them. I would absolutely 1000% refer them to anyone looking for peace of mind identity protection for an absolutely fair price.

Best Chinese food in York! Service is also great. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
