I joined the Awaken program in February 2023 after working in high intensity jobs for many years. I was burned out and knew something needed to change. Joining Awaken was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I completed the Awaken program and continued on with other programs that are part of We Are the Women. A year later I have truly changed and as a result my life has changed in ways I could not have imagined. Julie has created a truly transformative program and built an amazing team. I cannot recommend this program highly enough.

This is a long overdue review. I joined Awaken in 2021, which completely woke me up to a new reality of living. After Awaken, I continued Rise, a graduate program that taught me how to live differently and authentically. When I was stuck in my life, I reviewed various leadership programs, and this program had the most holistic way of helping you make long-lasting changes. When I look back on my journey, this was the best decision I have made for myself, and proud of the courage I had to take a step forward. It was scary, and I am one of the most skeptical people! Before I started, I judged whether this program was legitimate or not. If you hesitate to join this program, you can go for it and believe it later. I haven't seen any women regret joining. The woman I was before this program was burned out from work and life, had no boundaries, couldn't stand up for myself, was not present with my family, and lived on a never-ending hamster wheel. Before this program, I was living my life partially. I was numbing myself, settling, and telling myself this was good enough. When deep inside, I was not happy. The woman I am now is a powerful, successful, BADASS woman with everything on the outside (dream job, promotion, more wealth, etc.) but is so full and content inside that it makes every day count, and relish each hour. Thank you, Julie & Team, for building and teaching this program. It is such a gift. In Awaken, you will gain awareness of yourself and start identifying patterns that are not serving you. And look at all root causes that contribute to how you lead in your work or how you do things in your life. The program is beyond just helping you become a better leader in your job; it enables you to become a better partner, mom, friend, human, etc. It will feel like an investment, but I can guarantee you will get more out of it that I can't put a price on based on the value I received. If you are ready to say YES, I am so happy for you, and I want to tell you you did hit the jackpot! Congratulations!

I have been able to release my trauma, fears and guilt because of saying yes to this program. I am a giver, that is why I became a nurse of 17 yrs. I love to nurture, go the extra mile, make sure everyone is taken care of, make things special, I stop everything to help someone....except myself. I gave until I couldn't give anymore. I took everyone's hurt and fear home with me. I didn't know how to release it or let their fear be theirs and to just listen. I couldn't do it anymore, I was breaking. On my transmission call I had never felt so held, heard, loved and yet given so much hope, trust and confidence that there was a different way to live. I invested in myself more than I even knew how. and... I would do it all over again. I can't think of a better way for this world to be lead than through love. Julie teaches with such deep love and gratitude. It is laughter, praise, tears, healing, empowerment, rising above, support, guidance, learning to love yourself and doing it a different way. This is how to lead and if we can all learn this, we can change the world. Please accept this invitation to say yes to yourself. It really is a gift to the whole family. I have been able to gift so much of this to my children that even their friends are opening up for guidance. I am more present, loving, patient and have learned ways to get myself out of a funk, release anger and to help others without carrying their heaviness. I feel I am equipped to handle what comes my way. I am so thankful.

I remember my initial call in March of 2022. I, too, was skeptical of taking the next step to join the program, but it has hands down been the best investment I've ever made. I look back at myself a year ago and think, how many hours of therapy did I sit through but not get to the root cause? How many trips did I take to numb and distract? How much time did I spend scrolling through social media or binge-watching shows? Here's the truth. What I thought was my ceiling a year ago is now my floor. This program is serious next level. You can't hide. You are in a group with women working right next to you. You have terrific coaches, kick-butt material, and the support you need. Pause and ask yourself, have you had enough? Don't join the program if you still have room to be miserable. But if you finally have decided enough is enough, then the decision is a no-brainer.

I joined the Awaken program during the pandemic in 2020 after I had lost my job, my purpose, and my entire support system. I was in the midst of a deep depressive episode and had suffered from Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety for my entire life. At this point in my life, I'd been going to therapy and had been on medication for 12 years, both of which helped me just enough to make me function on a daily basis. By committing myself to Julie's program, gaining a community of non-judgemental and supportive women, and meeting with my coach one on one, I was able to finally start to change my thought patterns and behaviors. As my self-image began to shift so did my world view. After the Awaken program, I had the tools to help me be more mindful of everyday stresses, know when I was feeling dysregulated, and how to drop into my body to re-ground myself. I learned true self-compassion and love, something that had always eluded me until the practices of this program. I was able to wean myself down to the lowest prescribed dose of my medication. The community of women that you meet in this program is truly unlike ANYthing I've ever experienced, and the support is genuinely life changing. I continued my journey with Julie's Rise program, which is for Awaken graduates. I'm learning how to rise into my true power, look at my fears, and take scary actions and risks to get to my dream life. These programs and coaches make me feel like I can do anything, and they're with you every step of the way.

Don’t Wait. Just Leap And Trust This Journey. I was a super workaholic, yelling at my daughter and considering quitting my job because I was so emotionally fried. I signed up for clarity on my career, what I got was how to live as the whole me. This community has allowed me, as a leader, to break down the walls and let other women in. My relationship with my daughter is better than ever. Don’t wait. Just leap and trust this journey.

I was definitely NOT impressed. If their sales pitch is anything like the real experience it must be a huge waste of money. I assumed with an hour long call there would have been much more insight into the actual program, maybe even the philosophy behind it. When explained she basically said it's a series of virtual modules and a phone call every other week so for $10k that seems absolutely obsurd. It felt very much like an hour long fact finding phone call in order to exploit your vulnerabilities to guilt you into spending a ridiculous amount of money. Smoke and mirrors at best... Definitely need to rethink your sales and marketing pitch. I told the woman on the call that I was very skeptical and all she did was reinforce that feeling and solidify why I should have just followed my gut feeling. If you have money to waste and enjoy someone exploiting all your vulnerabilities then maybe this is for you. I will definitely NOT be joining. I highly recommend not wasting an hour of your already very busy day.

I can't express how life changing this program was. I am forever changed in my core and trust that I will continue to benefit forever from this extremely beneficial program. The BEST investment I could ever make.
