Julie and her team will change your life in ways that you didn't even know were possible. I am beyond grateful for all that I have learned and the ways that I have gotten to know myself and love myself so deeply. There really aren't words sufficient for what Julie's work will do in your life. My life is unrecognizable and honestly, I can't imagine where I would be right now if I didn't watch that master class a few years ago. I have a life now that I feel that I have created, that feels good for me. I am not only a better leader at work, but also a better partner, mother and friend. I have completed all 3 of her programs. Make the investment in yourself. You will not regret this. It will feel like the best thing you could have ever done for yourself when you look back. You are worth it!

I started Julie's leadership program, Awaken, a year ago. I was burnt out from working 50-60 hours a week in corporate accounting, changing companies because I thought a different one would have better work life balance (spoiler alert - it didnt!) I was leading multiple teams at work and very in demand all day, then came home to two toddlers often not getting a break until they went to bed. My physical and mental health was declining and I was ready to leave my job or marriage (or both) without a plan. Awaken immediately provided me support and for the first time, I felt understood and seen in a way traditional coaches and counselors did not provide. At the end of Awaken, I'd like to say I had it all figured out, but life had another plans as other challenges came up. I decided I wanted to stay in the container to feel supported while I continued my journey so I joined Rise which is the 2nd program. A year later, I still don't have it all figured out but I think that is the lesson because we never will and that is why Awaken is a lifetime membership so you can keep utilizing the tools and continue to learn and grow. Even though I am working through what I truly want in life, I now have a better plan and the confidenceto carry it out. I'm heading to the in-person Rise Retreat in a couple weeks and so excited to meet this community that has been so supportive. I would recommend this leadership program for anyone who is a high achiever, overwhelmed and burnt out who needs support.

I found WATW when I was in total burnout and didn't know where to turn. I was part skeptical and part hopeful but I was 100% desperate and in serious need of help so I took a chance. It was the best decision I ever made. A unique blend of education, coaching and community, WATW is robust program like nothing I've ever experienced. Julie and her team of coaches are the real deal. They are strong leaders who practice what they preach while still owning their humanness AND they are also some of the most loving, supportive, authentic and intentional women I know. Through Awaken and Rise, I learned many new skills and tools and was introduced to many new resources and modalities that have had a profound impact on my life. Through WATW I have also found a community of like-hearted women that have truly become genuine friends and pillars of support. As I continue to navigate this time of transition in my life, I have chosen to continue with Rise Mastery in order to remain in this container of love and support and to further strengthen and integrate my learnings. I am so grateful to Julie for what she has created and for the healing work that she and her team are doing in this world.

Julie’s program literally changed my life. I was in severe burnout as a highly anxious over-achiever. While I was succeeding on the outside, I was in crisis on the inside. What initially drew me to the program was Julie’s history on Wall Street. I felt like she really understood the challenges I was facing as a corporate executive in a way that other programs did not. Julie also has a team of incredible coaches, each with their own unique gifts, who are instrumental in making the program so successful. Through Awaken and Rise, I learned a new way. I now work differently, prioritizing my whole life, not just my work life. I was spending 85% of my waking hours at work/thinking about work pre-Awaken. Now it’s closer to 50% and I am thriving in all areas of my life and have met an incredible community of women along the way.

This may sound cliché, but Julie and the We are the Women community have changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. I found Julie when I was in severe burnout, knowing there had to be a better way, but I just couldn’t find it. I’ve discovered a wonderful community of like-minded women who are uplifting and supportive, and I re-found myself and my joy that had been buried under years of overwork and people-pleasing. I thought my exhaustion and burnout were due to my job, but in reality, it was the way I was operating. Once I gained that self-awareness (thanks to this program), I was able to take full control and create the life I want to live. This program has not only gotten me out of the hamster wheel of merely existing, but it has also made me a better person, wife, mother, and leader. The deep-rooted learnings you’ll gain about yourself throughout this journey are priceless. The best investment I ever made was in myself by joining Julie, her amazing coaches, and the We are the Women community.

Julie's teaches about so much great stuff and some amazing techniques to help combat overload/burnout/stress. I liked the first program Awaken so much and knew I wanted to continue down the journey to really change myself for the better and my future so I am now in her 2nd program Rise. I obviously saw the value and the expertise of the coaches and wanted to continue with their work to create a better future self!

The WATW program changed my relationship with work and how I relate to my peers in profound ways. Both the content and the support in the program are amazing. And you will be surrounded by a team of wise and loving coaches who hold the lantern as you grow. When I started I was burned out, defeated, scared, and hurt. After a year I am a very different person and loving my life!! Julie has curated a program that brings many different philosophies together in ways that are uniquely curated for those of us who are over functioning high achievers. I am truly grateful!!

I'm still early in my Rise journey (only about 5 months in) but it's been a life-changing experience. It's hard to describe the value of this work without sounding over the top. I don't endorse much, but this is worth it.
