Great coffee
Great coffee. I am very pleased with the espresso and the lungo. I highly recommend both.

Horrible Customer Service
The coffee is amazing. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The salesmen were horrible, arrogant, and spent zero time trying to communicate with me. They ignored me and pretended to be above everyone else, super snotty and ARROGANT people. They would not talk to customers and just tried to get rid of them.

Best by date
The coffee is my absolute favorite; however the best by date on the packaging indicates the coffee expires in June 2025 and I just received it this month (April), but it will not deter my ordering in the future.

The current batch has a 'best before' date of December 2025. Julius Meinl coffee pods offer the highest aroma protection due to a patented aroma seal. This seal protects the coffee from oxygen, ensuring the best flavor and taste all the way until the best by date. I love your product
I love your product, it has an incredible flavor! The only thing you could improve would be the intensity of the coffee, that is, a stronger coffee.
