Very disappointed I didn’t receive my package within the timeframe the website quoted 2-3 days. I searched a lot of sites and what made me click on this site because it stated I will get my items by today 11/30/2024. I reached out via text by the phone number that was provided on the website and I was told all packages will be mailed Monday and shipping fee would be refunded. I appreciate the gesture of getting back the money from shipping. However, I would have rather had my items, I was looking forward to getting my items today! Being that this is my first time ordering from this site, it seems a bit sketchy not to get the product you ordered with the timeframe or at the very least I felt I should have got an email saying that my package was going to be delayed.

Unfortunately the website is unclear which unfortunately misleads customers a little. I would suggest updating the website with clear information on the amount of product being sold / purchased.

I order a box of nabella and I was shipped kybella . I sent an email and no one e we responded! Also the prices are to high I found a better place with better prices ! I don’t think I’ll reorder from this site ever again ! Especially after they sent me the wrong order !
