Truly disappointed I ordered from 2 places 1 was here and the other the day after same product and I got my package from the other merchant but not Julian naya beauty I wish I had seen the reviews sooner. I have a label created I tried to email I tried to call number is disconnected this whole thing was extremely sketchy and now I’m not sure what to do since I have not even got a email back

I ordered on May 2nd, and they created a label on May 4th. My order hasn't actually been shipped yet, but they keep sending me emails urging me to write a trust pilot review and spamming me with low level 10% off discount codes.... while my order sits there only one state away, when it could've arrived already. I ordered from them because they made BASED IN THE US a key marketing point, but that doesn't really mean anything when shipping and delivery takes as long as it would have if I ordered from Korea.
