Surprisingly I did receive the redemption today, so there just slow and don't reply to email apparently. Verified my card after my $200 redemption was denied. Been almost 2 weeks now and they wont even emai me back now. Still getting emails from them wanting me to buy. Lucky i had never bought coins.
