Doesn't pay out, keeps stalling redemptions.

I was told my redemption for 500 would only take 12 to 24 hours its now been over 12 days and still being told there finance team is backed up and I should be receiving it soon glad I didn't buy in I think they should hire more people in finance will update when I get my redemption. They still haven't paid me and now they blocked me.

Was just told redemption will take 11-12 days, for just $100. Absolutely wild! Never had a casino taken more than 3. This is wild. Must be in financial trouble. $100 payout should not be difficult to payout.

Same as the other reviews. They said 12 hours and here it is about 36 and I am still waiting. All kyc and docs are sent and approved. Customer service seems legit and they're responsive. But it's just a $140 redemption it shouldn't be difficult to provide those winnings in my opinion. 7/27/2025 Still haven't got my redemption. It's been about two weeks. AT LEAST I DIDN'T BUY IN

My experience was going great Until I went to redeem my prize money. I verified my phone number address and all other kyc verifications then I gave them my bank account information I clear all kyc verifications and it has now been 11 days and they still cannot tell me where my money is. They claim the security and finance department handle the redemptions and that it is just taking a little bit longer the normal. Bs they couldn't even or won't give me a time frame. Don't was6e you time you will just be stuck with nothing but frustration and false hopes. If they make this right I will change my review but n9t until then
