Hello, my name is ben dover. I would like a refund because my package (8 jerseys) and I saw on my ring camera the guy that came to my door and I said "Thank you for my package sir" and he replayed "no problem seems a bit light because jersey is light" then i went back inside and opened it and there was no jersey expect for the receipt and left the bag with a note that said"maybe next time order a better team jersey!"?

Was promised by them that I wouldn't get duty and postage fee however ended up paying 10-20€ more , and the t-shirt lost shape and started to tear off after some using. Would recommend everyone buying original because you will end up being the same price if u think about the postage fee + price of t-shirt + their shipping fee and that you get a broken product. Tried to contact them but got no help

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a scam. They take your money you get one confirmation with no information of delivery and they do not respond. I only got my money back as I was covered by Visa. Do not use this company do not give them your money.

Order took a while to arrive but worth the wait will definitely order from here in the future

Do not buy from here. They laugh and goad you in messages when it doesn’t arrive. Scammed

Order from here like almost 20 times I recommended but shipping time is 7-15 days which is not too bad coming from china, If you do plan on buying jerseys on this site please make sure you have WhatsApp so you can contact them and so they can contact you about your order.

It tolk a bit time for the jerseys to come but 100% worth. The jerseys look amazing. Thank you

Package not delivered to door, was left in communal mail area and was subsequently stolen. Joyfball claim no responsibility for their choice of ropey courier and are refusing to replace or refund parcel. No Joyfball
