It’s scam I ordered 3 jerseys I never got it and they are telling me that they delivered

They didnt write the name on the back of the shirt i asked for plus the package took too long to deliver

This is my second order, and everything great with ordering/receiving football kit from start to finish. Ordered child's MUFC 23/24 home shirt on 19 July 2023 and received 7th August via Royal mail. Received all relevant emails from Joyfball and royal mail tracking number. I responded to one of their emails and they reply back to me the next day. Kit was posted 2 days after I placed my order. I paid via visa debit, had a small additional charge for purchasing from overseas company, approx £3, and no custom fees. I only ordered 1 x child's kit this time, so was charged approx £5 for postage, if ordering 2 or more shirts it's free postage. The shirt and shorts are amazing quality, just as last year's kit, and no issues with washing that kit, the name and no. still on the back of the shirt, in 100% excellent condition. I've ordered the socks via Adidas £20 as Joyfball.com don't sell the socks. I will definitely be ordering again from Joyfball.com. 😊⚽️

I tried to order from them like 4 days ago and when I tried to pay they said it failed because of “high risk” and told me to give me my credit card again for some reason and accused me of credit card fraud. I just wanted to get a soccer jersey and this happens. I emailed them to just cancel the thing and refund my money. Dont buy from here!

I ordered borussia Dortmund black shirt 2022 year, it came 1.5 month after because i live in Greece. Now i ordered portos blue with dragon and real Madrid black with dragon, and ill wait so i see if it's going to come every time and its not a scam, wish me luck! I do recommend buying from there but be careful with addresses and stuff because there's no refund.
