Worst company I dealt with. They cannot follow two simple instructions. They printed the same name on two different jerseys and refused to take responsibility for it. Their customer service people were low class, low education, barely understood the English language and had zero mannerism. Like other reviews, they tried to blame me for their mistake and when they realized they couldn’t since it was blatantly obvious it was their mistake they offered me a $5 coupon lol ultimately it’s up to you, if I knew I was going to be treated this way I wouldn’t have spent a single dollar to support this company. I know they cheated many others like myself, hopefully they’ll go out of business soon enough.

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews, the company says that it takes 15 days to deliver, and most if the time they are right. I have ordered two shirts and they have come in perfect condition

I placed an order on December 8th and it said it shipped on December 10th. When I went to track it, it still says it is in Jamaica NY (where it originated). It is now December 21st and it has not left. I contacted the company and waiting for a reply. This feels like a scam. If I get a response and my order I will be happy to update my rating.

I ordered a month ago, was very hesitant but gave it a try. The tracking system is shocking, I have not received my parcel a month later. Only told by the customer service that “my parcel has been returned” however I called SA customs and they advised to that this parcel never arrived in SA so how could it “be returned”? I have asked for a full refund, proof of return and I have received no feedback at all!!! I have a son in tears as that is all he wanted for Christmas! :( Absolutely sad!

Acquistato 3 volte, di cui una con stampa customizzata. Prezzi contenuti, assortimento molti ampio, qualità ottima, spedizione non velocissima ma comunque tracciata. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Attenzione ale taglie, prendete bene le misure, vestono piccolo.

This is one of the best websites I’ve went to to buy football shirts ,At first I thought it would be a scam when I read the other comments , but I waited patiently and it arrived a weeek after I ordered. The customer service was amazing,whenever I asked something they would answer immediately. Will order from here again

Use at your own risk! Joyfball support is rude and useless. In case of any problem with the package (like in my case) they blame the customer for the problem and don't provide any useful support in a dispute with the delivery company. They said it is not their, but my problem. Discussion with them is a terrible experience. I've never met such rude and useless service for over 20 years of my online shopping experience. I strongly not recommend!
