I placed an order about 2 months ago. The package is lost, you can't track it. Customer service is not helpful at all. I've asked for my refund numerous times and they refuse to process it. Do not order from here

Absolute shower of excrement . Apparently sent my item to the wrong address and then expected me to deal with Royal Mail to sort it. Treated me like it was my fault. Never got any apologies or money back. Do not waste your time and effort.

Erstmal möchte ich betonen, dass ich weder Geld, noch andere Mittel von Joyfball habe. Ich habe vor 2 Wochen 2 DFB Heim-Trikots für meine Großeltern welche aus einem wirtschaftlich schwachen Land kommen, (was bedeutet, dass 80-100,00€ für sie Wucher sind), bestellt. Die Trikots kamen heute ohne Zollgebühren an. Generell wurde ich durch YouTube auf diese Website aufmerksam. Dabei ist zu erwähnen das PayPal als Zahlmethode angeboten wird. Was die Qualität betrifft kann man für 16,00 nicht meckern. Klar ein paar zulange Nähte sagen, dass das Trikot keine 1:1 Thai Qualität ist. Jedoch können diese mit den 10-20,00€ Shirts von Aldi, Lidl & Co, definitiv mithalten. Für den Fan mit knappen Budget, ist diese Website eine sehr gute Alternative. Bei Problemen mit den Ziernähten könnte man ja wenn es soweit ist nochmal 5,00€ für den Schneider ausgeben. Emblem und Stitch sehen mackelos aus. Warum aber 5 Sterne? Ich gebe der Website trotz befriedigenden Ziernähten 5 Sterne, da ich die Kritik bzw. den Vorwurf von Scam nicht nachvollziehen kann. Auch wird PayPal angeboten und 2 Wochen Lieferzeit sind für Produkte aus China ein akzeptables Tempo. Anschließend muss ich betonen, dass man auf der Website so viel Auswahl an Ländern und Teams hat, dass für jeden was dabei ist.
