JoyfballReviews of joyfball.com

I have been ordering my football shirts from joyfball for the past 2 years, and so have my friends. They offer great quality and extremely low prices. The only thing that is keeping me from giving 5 stars is the shipping time, as the normally take a month to be delivered.

Ho fatto un ordine l'8 marzo. Oggi è 15 ma nessuna traccia della spedizione. Ho scritto alla email support ma nessuno risponde. Ho scritto su Whatsapp al numero sul loro sito ma nessuno risponde.

Scam Alert – Avoid Joyfball at All Costs! I placed an order with Joyfball three months ago for 3 football jerseys, After a long wait, I only received one jersey which was extremely substandard and cheap. And on top of it I never had any online receipt of my order. Upon asking them for a receipt they said we don't have it. And I was just being patient this whole time. and the company failed to inform me that the rest were out of stock. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they refused to refund me. After insisting on my refund, they blocked me from further communication. It’s clear that this company engages in deceptive business practices, as I later found numerous negative reviews from other customers facing similar issues. If you’re considering buying from Joyfball, DON’T! They are a scam. I strongly urge others to avoid this site and only purchase from reputable retailers. I am now disputing the charge with my bank, but I wanted to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

The shirts are not the best quality. I washed my shirt according to the recommendations at 30 degrees and the prints fell off. The shirt is supposedly 1:1 but there are many imperfections, such as the team emblem. The contact via email is bad, you wait a very long time for answers and currently I do not receive them at all. I am not satisfied. My order number is No: 1ae781f25dc146ccbfd4355cce70d76a No. QVQ37405

Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right jerseys. When I complained to there customer service it took them 36 hours on WhatsApp (it was read 2 hours after I sent it) And they waited just until it shipped to tell me they can’t cancel it. Naturally I was angry so I just decided to wait for the jerseys. It took them 3 weeks to bring horrible quality jerseys I could just get from Aliexpress or Temu. I ended up getting my money back from zelle (thank god.) They also took extra to add customisation but one of the jerseys weren’t customised and the sponsor looks horrible and damaged. I wouldn’t order from here again. I ordered other jerseys from Footlv and World Soccer Shop (something like that) as well as Unisport (I am not affiliated, associated or working for these companies, they are past sellers I ordered from with excellent quality and customer service.) These are more trustworthy and also based in the US so your items will come faster. They also have better quality than these that are coming from Hong Kong. Anyway you can order from here, but I recommend with extreme care or caution.

The shirts had have high quality and they arrived in 2 weeks but there were some stitches that were sticking out like three of them and on one of the shirts sponsor printing is a liitle like worn out but everything else was nice

I ordered three jerseys on the 20th of January and they still didn’t arrive. Kind of a scam to me. They didn’t even give me a real order summary, as well as a tracking number.

It took 3 weeks to come but the quality is and teh price is really good
