I ordered two kits from this website, but I’ve had a very disappointing experience. Their customer support has completely ignored my messages on WhatsApp — even though they’ve clearly seen them. It's unacceptable for a store to treat customers like this after taking their money. I strongly recommend that others stay away from this shop.

Accidentally made a purchase on accident for a jersey. Emailed them within an hour to let them know that the purchase was not on purpose and kindly asked for a refund before they begun processing and shipping the order. However, when contacting their customer support email, it says it's full, so I don't believe I am expecting a response. IF anyone from joyfball.com sees this, may you please kindly send me a response here and CONTACT me as I sent the email to customer service under another email address. I would still like to cancel the order before it is fully processed and shipped.

Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice. DHL lieferte trotz richtiger Adresse das Paket nicht und es ging in die Rücksendung ins Überseelager. Bei Zahlung von angeblichen weiteren 10$ über eine dubiose Website könnte eine erneute Zustellung seitens DHL erfolgen war die Aussage des Händlers. Eine Lüge, wie sich auf meine Nachfrage bei DHL ergab. Das Paket war nicht mehr greifbar. Bis zur Zustellung des Pakets sollte ja eigentlich der Händler haften. Meiner Bitte mit DHL Kontakt aufzunehmen als Verkäufer und eine Lösung zu finden wurde nicht nachgekommen. Stattdessen habe ich nun keine Ware und joyfball aber das Geld. Der Händler weigert sich neue Ware zu schicken bzw. eine Rückerstattung zu leisten! Trotz diversem Mail Austausch kein Angebot seitens joyfball das Thema zu lösen. Sehr enttäuschend. Scam!
