I ordered a couple of months ago and it arrived fairly on time when it arrived, as it should when it was coming from China. That was the only good thing. as a teenager, my excitement was barely containable and I tried it on. On the first wash, the colour stated fading off. I WASHED IT BY HAND! I Ordered the Roma home kit 24-25 so, my sink was stained marron. I had to spend several hours cleaning the sink. After a few months the badges and the sponsor started peeling off and losing its colour. I discovered it es a completely black sponsorship plate under neath and it was hand drawn by posca. I know this was partly my fault but come on Joyfball!

Hi Dalal, I am sorry to bring trouble to u. Sometimes the colour stated fading off after washing many times. It is normal. But if it stated fading off at the first time, u can contact our online customer service to resend u a new one. Have a nice day

I ordered on the 6th of May and got it on the 27th of May (delivered to the UK). I can confirm that you do get your items but it does take quite a while, not much of a problem. Great customer service as I got confirmation emails when I bought it and when it was shipped; more tracking info was found on their "tracking order" part of the website. The quality is decent but it is very good for the price you pay (no complaints). The fit of the shirt was true to size, don't need to size up or down. Overall, really good item for the price. Not much negative feedback, but the item came with a slight smell (like industrial) and a couple of creases around the shirt, but none of these are major and isn't a big problem at all. Highly recommend this website, not much problems at all, definently ordering from them again. (It's NOT a scam).

Wrong measurements on their website and poor quality football tops. Refused a refund and customer service is horrendous. Stay clear at all costs.

Response from JoyfballJun 9, 2025
Hi Finn, i am sorry for that. Mostly, we can ship it to our customer in time. And we've been doing this business for many years. Please trust us. We ship many packages every day, which will encounter various situations, such like lost and so on. But don't worry about it, we have sent it and just wait it patiently.
