Update: the company contacted me right away and offered to send new blinds and not having to return the other blinds. They have been in daily contact with me to make sure I’m 100 % happy. This is really great, hard to find customer service and I’m very happy with everything they have offered to make me happy. Hoping the blinds will correct themselves over the next two days. Just be careful when ordering blackout and white regular blinds. The grey tint didn’t really show on the website. Overall, super fast shipping, great customer service and I’m so glad to have found these no nail installing. 5 minute install. Didn’t realize if product was defective that customer paid for return shipping. I would not recommend this company at all. The blinds are crooked with left side not retracting all the way up. I also didn’t realize ordering white blinds that I would receive a gray tinted blind. Total waste of time and money. This is not good customer service when you don’t stand behind your product.

Loved my Roman shades

The order process was easy with many options to choose from. Arrival of my custom drapes happened incredibly quickly. Upon arrival I washed the drapes with no problems. They drape nicely when hung. All in all, an excellent experience.

I enjoyed choosing the color, height, width, rod style and darkness level; the complete personalization process, though limited in scope, made it feel like ordering one-of-a-kind luxury goods. A first-rate experience, and the speed of delivery was delightful!

We wanted to try out the Zebra Linen blinds but did not get samples. The color was well represented online and fits the window perfectly. We opted for the cordless option. The blinds open and close with little effort as well. The quality is solid, and they installed very easily.

Wow, just got my curtains. They are beautiful. I can't wait to buy for the other rooms in my new house. It's amazing to not have to compromise on on width and length. You just order what you want!! Thanks!!
