I have ordered an item in February and after 3 months, no item and no refund. I was told the item got lost in the post, was shipped from Belgium apparently, and if I want a refund I need to pay 30% for restock. Will come back if I get any money back or not from them. Re: update from June: All turned out well in the end. JoyAmo Jewelry offered me a full refund, and they've sent me the product initially ordered for free. Must say that this is a good customer service.
