I bought 2 bikes for myself and my daughter and we couldn't be happier with them. They are so much more fun than I originally thought they would be. Journey Bikes contacted me because the ones I first ordered were out of stock and so I was able to upgrade to the higher motor. I received them 1 day earlier than they quoted.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. My E-Xtreme Catalina ebike is awesome. I was kept up to date on the order status by email. It was delivered five days after I placed my order. Considering the pandemic that was great. I had it professionally assembled. The total price I paid Journey and assembly was no where near the cost of e-bikes in a shop.
