I LOVE this bike! Once I found the assembly instructions on the Ecotric website it was extremely easy to put together. Journey bikes answered any questions I had immediately. I received my bike in 3 days! That was amazing!

Well packaged, came out of box in perfect condition. My boyfriend assembled in 30-40 min. Arrived in 7-10 days of purchase. Rides so smooth, extremely quiet. Love it !

I’ve only had this bike a week but it’s very fun, I really enjoy riding it. Being a first time e bike rider it took a little while to understand how it works. Sometimes the pedal assist seems very fast. The only suggestion I would have for this bike is better instructions for 1st time riders.

Journey Bikes have excellent choices. The customer service is excellent too. They assisted me very promptly multiple times during the assembly of the bike. It was my first time assembling a bike, so was nervous. I will be going back to them for my next bike for sure.

I received my bike on time, it was as advertised. The only issue I had was the basket hardware was missing. However once advised of this Journey Bikes sent me the missing parts within a few days. Customer service got back to me right away. As for the bike itself it rides great, is a solid put together bike. Very happy with it and this company

Looked all over for a good priced bike. Found and purchased two bikes. Love the bikes and customer service.
