I have no received my bike yet but let me tell you I have gotten prompt service!! As soon as I send an email with questions Jason has gotten back to me in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right bike for me. I can hardly wait for my new bike to arrive !! I highly recommend journey bikes !!!

Great. Got my bike two weeks early.

They communicated quickly about the non availability of the bike I ordered and were prompt at responding to my response. They also got the bike shipped quickly and it arrived much earlier than their original estimate for delivery. Lastly, they were the best price found on the internet.

Fantastic customer service!!

I’m trying to get bikes from east coast to remote Alaska and Jason helped with all the permutations of that quest!

Great experience. On time delivery. Fantastic product at a great price. Friends and family love my new bike.
