I bought the Malibu Cruiser from Journey Bikes. I got it sooner than expected. I had local bike shop assemble, which I’m happy I did. He said there were no instructions in box, there were more screws than he’s ever seen. He said there were a few things that didn’t line up, so he had to improvise. He also said the integrity of the bike is not the best. I paid a lot for this bike, that I think is adorable by the way. But, it really isn’t the best quality. It’s difficult to tell when you are buying on line. I am looking forward to riding it a lot, and hope it holds up. Denise, Florence, Colorado

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I ordered a bike that they advertised and manufacturer did not provide. This caused a longer than reasonable delay in getting bike which I ultimately switched to one they had in stock. I notice they have changed the website to push models in stock. So buy one in stock! Once I did this it shipped and was received in short order. Directions were ok. Bottom line I love the bike. And the store interaction was very positive.

Journey Bikes customer service is stellar. Since my bike has not arrived yet I have contacted customer service several times for shipping updates. Their responses have been timely and informative. I would have given 5 stars if I had received my bike. I’m patiently waiting.

Very nice bike , the seat is comfortable the quality is good The problem was that took a month to receive my order , but happy with my purchase and a good price!

Shipping was lightening quick and free. Best price on the web for the bike by a large margin.

I purchased a pair of bikes from Journey, a 48v rubicon mountain ebike and a 36v classic cruiser for my wife.I think both bikes were very reasonably priced. The bikes were exactly as advertised and required only minimal assembly. That being said there were no instructions regarding this final assembly. Which requires front fork alignment as well as brake adjustments. Customer service regarding my questions about delivery and specifications before the purchase were excellent. After final assembly I had additional questions about front fork preload adjustment and adjustments to the rear suspension, USB connection which the mfg had changed. My questions about suspension and fork adjustments have gone unanswered. This is the reason for the 4 rating.

I bought this bike for my girlfriend and it is overall a good women's ebike for 700. The 350w motor paired with the 36v battery is a decent combo and has decent power and cruising speed. I would have gave it 5 stars but when I finished assembling the bike I noticed that the rear brake cable was damaged and had a bad smashed spot on the line not to bad though probably from shipping. The rear disc brake was not the best of quality and required some adjustments but the front brakes are good. So overall I would say this ebike is pretty good and my girlfriend loves it. Thanks

I am very happy with my new ebike. Bike arrived quickly and well boxed with no damage or issues. My only issue is that the included manual for assembling the bike there are no instructions for assembling the fenders or the bike rack. Otherwise I would have given five stars.
