The worst service I have ever received. When you buy the airline tickets online, they post a low price pending confirmation from a sales agent. Then, when the sales agent call you the following day, the price of the airline ticket is much higher. Moreover, agents lie to you about the ticket price and try to sell the routes they want. The claim process is a nightmare! Definitely, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They are the worst. I trust them because when you make the payment, you receive an email confirming the itinerary, with the confirmation code, but for security reasons I called the airline and there was no reservation. I called them and they told me that the fare went up and There are no more tickets available at that price and they told me I had to pay $200 more to continue with the reservation. It is a mockery and an abuse, they do it on purpose so that it is late to buy another flight and one has to buy more expensively with them, if I do not call them I arrive at the airport with nothing, it is not the first time that happens to me, many applications do the same thing very badly and the Chinese are the ones who provide bad service like everything that comes from there

BEWARE! This office is a scam. I bought a ticket through this company, or so I thought. A couple days before my flight I entered my reference number provided by JourneyMasters only to find out that there was no booking. I called the office, was told everything was fine from their end, that I shouldn't worry. The next morning they called me again and this time I was told that I had not answered my calls and that the ticket that was issued to me was of a different category and that if I wanted a ticket it would be more than double the price of the initial one. First I was told everything was fine from their end then suddenly I had supposedly not answered my calls. They are scammers.

This is truly a bait and switch company. You will not get the ticket price advertised. Won't go as far to say it's a scam, but very concerned they have my info.

This is a scam. This is an Indian dude that allows you to confirm, and then calls you the next day to say that the very good fare that you were hoping for is all sold out. They are looking for gullible and stupid people (I guess I am one for falling for the initial scam). He started to try and find a different flight for me. But I told him that if they are booking flights that are sold out, then their service is unreliable and to cancel the reservation. He just hung up. Very rude. There are other sites that look the same. There are probably multiple sites using the same system under different website names. We are just going to stick to the reputable travel agents, or book through the airline directly.

This is a scam. Beware please, they only want your info. Before you use this site, call them and you'll see that is a scam from India

This is a bait and switch company. They let you purchase your low-fare and call you to let you know that it’s unconfirmed. That’s when they tell you the ticket is unavailable but you can buy one for several hundred dollars more. And oh - they’ll give you a “discount.” They will also gaslight you until you you don’t understand how the process works when you ask questions, and try to bully you into buying that ticket by saying you won’t find a lower price. I had a total of 3 different calls and was treated rudely each time. Run the other way.
