Complete scammers - booked a trip and they didn't turn up. This is owned by Spuddy - real name Troy Hendrickson. Reported To the tourist office and the police but none of them want to know. Wouldn't ever go back to this corrupt island.....

Do not use them! Sketchy! Booked a ticket online at a certain price and then were later told it was overbooked and we had to pay more for a different flight and time. We complained about the change since it was not refundable and we were told that we would get a Travel Voucher for the difference. After many months and emails we finally got the travel vouchers and they were bogus! Didn't work! Tried to email about the problem and email was invalid!

COMPLETE SCAM- AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ALSO AVOID VIBE BEACH BAR AS IT IS THE SAME DISHONEST, DISGUSTING OWNER. THEY ALSO USE PEAK.COM TO SCAM. All of the 1 star reviews are 100% true. We dealt with Spuddy. Spuddy is NOT your buddy. He is completely dishonest and runs a deceptive business. We had a party of 11 for Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach in St. Kitts. We paid $1,154.34 for 11 people. When we got to the reservation, we were not on the list so it is a complete scam. To add, when we got to the restaurant, it was $45 a person, which would have totaled $495. Spuddy & Caribbean Journey Masters Tour Shoppe ripped us off $729.34. Absolutely DISGUSTING! After speaking with Spuddy, he proved to us that we were completely scammed. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

SCAMMERS! As a lot of reviews on here confirm, they are not a reputable company, and are trading under the guise of major airlines to hide manipulative or illegal activities. They also have numerous other companies (all with the same phone number, no company number & no registered address). To name a few: Theglobalflightss.com Journeymasters.com Travelspeak.uk They are all part of Bookingsnow.co.uk They take your money (which is paid into a different company which they register with Companies House, then they voluntarily dissolve (with all the money they have scammed from people) PLEASE DO NOT USE All the 5star ratings are false.

Everything i felt rubbed. I paid extra to be able to choose my seat. At airport I was placed on standby. Which should have never happened. Then was assigned a seat from Miami to sxm. The whole experience was bad. Never will I recommend or book with this agent again.
