the most scamming agency that exists on the entire internet, I have read the reviews and it turns out that with all people they use the same method, they play with you over and over again, and they never solve the problem of your tickets, they change your dates without your confirmation the day . I got a ticket through the internet and the worst thing was not realizing who I was buying the ticket through, they charged me the money and it turns out that they sent me an email saying that for the date I wanted there was no luggage that they were going to send me. change the date and that I was going to pay much more, I told them that I could not travel on that date that they wanted to set me and they told me that I could not cancel and that you have 30 minutes to make a decision, no airline does that. Then I called American, which was supposedly the one I had my ticket with and they told me that you don't have any reservations under my name with them, I called these scammers back and told them to give me my money back, after that they told me that I did want the I had to call American for the money because they were not the ones who collected the money. I called American again and they told me again that they did not have any tickets registered under my name. I go back and call them and it turns out that they tell me that that was not what they told me, that American had not been the one who deducted my money, it was the agency, something that they did not tell me in the previous call. In the end they did not solve my problem, they did not cancel my reservation with them and they did not return my money, I told them that I would resolve the problem with my bank because they had scammed me and they told me, ok, talk to your bank. They play with you like you are stupid and the worst thing is that they scam you out of your money, opportunists. I hope you never buy a ticket with them because you are going to have the worst insult of your lives.

No stars to be given!! This is the most deceiving and fraudulent site to go through. I’m out a lot of money and have my bank fighting them for reimbursement. Book tickets in January and come to find out in April for our trip in June to Aruba that our tickets supposedly were canceled or never issued even though I got confirmation of it. They went on to explain that I needed to pay an extra $150 to go and get another airline Booked through them they jerked me around for three weeks saying they had to book because it it was a group travel. They had to get in touch with the airlines and blah blah blah blah blah. I told them that they were scammers and I wanted my money back and they said go through your bank , do not do not do not work with them and also they go by other names so look into journey masters with additional websites, claiming to be them to never book from them. They are scam artists! I finally told the guy hope he sleeps at night because he’s going to hell!

This is a SCAM. They offer you a ticket an then try to sell you another ticket for more than twice the original price. If you don't accept they tell you that you lose your original reservation amount.

Do not book with this site!!!!! Please! You pay the price and before receiving the eticket they call you and tell you you cannot travel with your luggage and they offer another flight, for the double the price! And they didn't give me the money back! This is a complete scam.

esta Stella no la merecen esto es un descaro ,son estafadores ponen un precio bajo en línea y después te llaman para decirte que el boleto que compraste es un boleto que no puedes cancelar ni puedes llevar maleta, que si quieres llevar maleta tienes que pagar 260 dólares más para cambiar el pasaje y así es que puedes llevar equipaje, por favor no caigan en la estafa que yo cai pero todo el que hace mar el suyo le bien atrás

Don't book with them. I received a "Your Itinerary Confirmed" and "Agency Confirmation # XXXXXX " Which was NOT a confirmation. They did not process my card and did NOT keep a ticket. Supposedly they called me a week later (4 months before the flight) and said I hung up on them (why would I do that on a recently scheduled flight?). Then had emailed me info and could have emailed again. Instead, they canceled the flight without telling me. 4 days before I called to confirm their "confirmation" and they said there was no flight but would get me a NEW price. This was $100 more than a 'late' but quick Expedia price. STAY away from Journey-Masters!
