Booked through what looked like a reputable site that then transferred me to journey masters. Went through with the booking then got the bait and switch phone call. Tickets for United now are triple the price, because the promotion is expired. What promotion??? They told me of different flights going to an airport close by. If I want to cancel it's 48 dollars per person. Was told I'm on stand-by and tickets won't be confirmed until 3-4 days before travel. Scam stay clear!!!!!!!!! Will have to stop payment hopefully with my bank.

Stop. Don't buy anything from this agency. It's a nightmare 😔. I have the worst experience with this Indian company.

This was first and last experience and I will never use Journey Masters again. I requested a roundtrip flight and was told not to worry about the add flight added to my itinerary. However, American Airlines stopped me, would not allow me to board and when I called Journey Masters they insisted I can board and to go to my gate. I was unable retrieve a boarding pass and again American Airlines deny me access. The customer service representatives would not talk to each other and I was left with the only option to purchase a new ticket. Journey Masters refused my refund and left me on my own with my elderly mother.

Estafa total, ofrecen un precio y luego llaman diciendo que debes pagar más. si o si. Si no pierde lo ya pagado.

No merecen ni una estrella, es totalmente una estafa, me ofrecen un vuelo a un bajo precio y luego llaman diciendo que ese vuelo no esta disponible a ese precio, que se debe de utilizar en el momento hasta 7 dìas y si deseas cancelar pierdes todo el dinero, luego te cargan un monto en la tarjeta y para no perder todo el dinero debes acepta. NO UTILICEN JOURNEY MASTER, son unos estafadores totalmente.

Bait and switch. They couldn’t be more obvious. Advice to all…Please Read….. Go directly through the airline’s websites as that will be your safest way to book. These discount site are a “crapshoot” and if you’re unwilling to gamble you’re hard worked for vacation. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.
