SCAM - SCAM This company won't give you what you paid for. I had to called them several times for my boarding pass, received them less than 24 hours from departure. For the return, they didn't made the reserveation. We were at the airport at 7h am and no company had a reservation for us. They maid the reservation for the departure on July 21st the day before and for the return they did it on the morning of the departure but not with the flight that we agreed for. I passed at lease 5 hours on the phone with that company from July 16th to July 24th.

Scaaammmmm dont buy from this people seems like they use the same trick every time you book and then they tell you they dont have that ticket available and they can sell you a different one much more expensive i was able to lock my credit card before they were able to withdraw any money so when they find out they tried to convince me to buy for the price that was advertised first on their website

I hope every would be victim of this scammers uses every resource available to stop this fraud. Remember you can dispute the charges with your credit card company (although this "Journey Masters" will arrogantly tell you "do what you want to do " The next two resources are to file a complaint with the BBB, or the FTC, or both, but please do everything you can to stop this scammers. I had to fight them hard, but finally after three weeks I got my hard earned money back.

Hasta ahora espero la emisión de los boletos, eso ya hace una semana. Realmente el servicio es pésimo. Podría decir esto es una ESTAFA. No deberían existir en el mercado. Hasta en las aerolíneas me han dicho que nunca compre con esta aplicación ya que estos son ESTAFADORES. NO SE MERECEN NINGUNA ESTRELLA Me atendieron algunos asesores, todos ,me dejaban guindado en la lineal, esperando varios minutos, mas de 22, tenia que colgar, entre los que acuerdo, Zoe Fernandez, Felipe, Andrés, y otros, estoy seguro estos no son sus nombres verdaderos y se prestan para estafar a los incautos que creen que pueden obtener un servicio de esta empresa. NO CONFIEN EN ELLOS, DENUNCIENLOS

This is a scammer group. Booked a flight in may as up on til now flight not confirmed. Tried calling the numbers which on site but they are all fake. DONT TRUST THIS SITE. GO DIRECTLY THROUGH UR AIRLINES. THIS IS A SCAMMER PAGE

I booked a flight with them but the reservation price wasn't the same as the price announced on the fly-scanner website. So I didn't accept what they were offering, they charged me US$15 for nothing.

No merecen ni una estrella No merecen ni una estrella, es totalmente una estafa, me ofrecen un vuelo a un bajo precio y luego llaman diciendo que ese vuelo no esta disponible a ese precio, que se debe de utilizar en el momento hasta 7 dìas y si deseas cancelar pierdes todo el dinero, luego te cargan un monto en la tarjeta y para no perder todo el dinero debes acepta. NO UTILICEN JOURNEY MASTER, son unos estafadores totalmente.
