If I could give no stars I would give them 0, they are a SCAM and instantly will charge for you to cancel or have the reservation end they charge you. Even if you have a married name they instantly spoke in Spanish to me when I’m not Mexican than sends me a email in Spanish. They also say that you weren’t charged now they are trying to charge me 150 just to hold me so-called spot not spending anymore money with these fakes

We made a reservation for a flights with JetBlue and they call us that the flight wasn’t confirmed in the airline, forcing us to pay the amount twice for each flight. That is a completely a SCAM, please don’t buy flights with them. Save your money.

Tuve muchos problemas Primero para salir hacia Orlando nos cambiaron el vuelo y nos querian dividir siendo nosotros una familia de 4. Luego para regresar me cancelaron 2 de los pasajes, el mio y el de mi hija pequeña por lo que tuve que pagar $229.30 cada pasaje adicional para un total de $458.60 y no me devolvieron el dinero

I booked with what I thought was Journey. But they really did not book the flight because the seats were already sold out. I had cancelled an expensive flight because this company had a lower fare. Dont book with this company unless you don't really care if they book or not. What you are seeing in a reference number is not any type of confirmation.

Pusieron una oferta flash para la compra de tickets aereos lleno formulario y registro tarjeta para comprar dicho paquete, luego me llaman diciendo que hubo un error y que el paquete caduco que no hay oferta disponible y quieren venderte otro paquete al doble del precio, les digo que quiero devolucion del dinero que ya no recibe el boleto aereo otra cosa me envian dizque confirmacion de reserva y dizque el ticket de vuelo lo enviaran en 12 horas llamo a la aerolinia y mne dicen que no hay reserva a mi nombre y ellos trataron de sacar mas dinero de mi cuenta, todo fue un caos, ahora estoy sin en el dinero y sin el ticket aereo.

Be careful. This company is scam. They sell you a ticket flight but they don’t warranty the seat at the price that you bought it. I tried to buy a ticket and they call to paid a lot of money for my seats.

It's a SCAM. There's sailing air ticket and wants you to pay 300USD for cancellation or 3000USD for the tickets you've actually purchased. Make them disappear.

Los agentes me atendieron cambiando fechas sin autorización y me cobraronn de mi tarjeta aparte del pago de 976 de mi reserva un total mas 750 dólares.. eso es un robo
