Horrible company! They didn't even take full body pictures of the graduates! Then, didn't want anybody taking pictures on their personal phone! I'd never use their services again! I'm definitely not buying those headshots either!

Because the district rep is a member of our community I tried to excuse when things went wrong. But after repeated issues, I decided to research others’ experiences and now I understand the bad reviews. This company stinks. First They sent me pictures of another student. (Horrible experience with customer service to get it corrected.) Next when the correct (I’m hoping) student pictures were ordered, they never arrived. Through another painful customer service experience, I was told the order was never processed (although they processed my payment), therefore the pictures were never printed and mailed. She said she would “try” to escalate the order to “see if it can be printed”. I don’t know if we will ever get our school pictures. At this point I just want my money back. In this day and age with so many digital pictures, official school pictures are not that important to me. But how a business treats a customer is. Jostens stinks. Schools need to stop using Jostens. Its culture is not commendable. Save your money the company culture clearly does not care for you.

Ordered a yearbook last year. Never received it and they will not refund it. I can't believe Chelmsford High uses such a bad company. I will be telling everyone I know not to order yearbooks or pictures.

Just tried to order standard cap and gown for graduation. Should be a 5 minute process, right? Apparently not with jostens.. took 30 minutes to get a standard graduation attire. The website kept reloading and restarting my whole order by forcing me to add a crappy hoodie to my order. After 5 tries i finally got to the checkout page, and then they made me make an account. Little did I know that restarted the whole process for me all over again. After another 4 tries I finally got my order and even after unchecking the “advertise me through email button” I immediately got an order confirmation email, along with 2 advertising emails for ugly class rings. This was just the standard supplier for my school but I didn’t know it was going to be this painful to just get normal graduation gear.

Please stop sending picture orders through USPS (regular mail) because they always bend the pictures to make them fit in the mailbox. I realize that this is the post office’s fault however, you could ship UPS or FedEx. Most people would pay extra shipping costs to save their pictures.

Price went up 200 without any changes WHILE ORDERING , BE CAREFUL ! REPS DONT REPLY .... TERRIBLE service for such a milestone in peoples lives ...

The cheapest package for our school photos was $30 not terrible but then they charge a service fee on top of that plus shipping bringing it up to over $40. What a racket. I hate the monopoly here. I will never use them as a photo company for anything else and I'm going to suggest a different company to our school. Not a fan of the "hidden fees". What is the service charge for? Aren't I paying $30 for the photos? What is the $30 for? Makes no sense. Just charge for the photos what the cost is. Stop the bait and switch.
